Where is Effortless Presence based?
We're based in Orlando, Florida, and work with clients across the United States. Our engineers are U.S.-based.
How long have you been in business?
Since 2018. We've built and supported software for food manufacturers, attractions-industry companies, restaurants, national retailers, and small businesses — and we build our own product, Just A Menu.

Working with us
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on scope, integrations, and how much of it needs to be built from scratch. We talk through the project with you first, then give a clear estimate before any work begins. Our guide what custom software really costs explains the main factors.
Who will I talk to?
The engineers doing the work. There's no account-manager relay — when you call, you reach someone who knows your system.
How do projects run?
We scope the work in plain English, then build in short cycles so you see working software early and often. After launch, the same crew stays on for hosting, maintenance, and improvements.

Can you take over a project another team started?

Do you work with our existing tools?
Usually. We'd rather connect to the systems you already use than force a rip-and-replace.
Do you host and maintain what you build?
Yes. We offer managed hosting, updates, security, and monitoring for the websites and software we build.

Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign NDAs and keep confidential work confidential — some of our largest clients are never named on this site.
Are you set up for enterprise procurement?
Yes. Effortless Presence is a registered supplier on SAP Ariba, and we're happy to work through your vendor onboarding process.
Do you only work with big companies?
No. We work with national brands and small businesses alike — what matters is that you want software that works and a team you can reach.
