Accessibility Statement

Effortless Presence wants everyone to be able to use effortlesspresence.com — including people who rely on screen readers, keyboards, magnification, captions, or other assistive technology. This statement explains what we aim for, what we do today, where we know we still have work to do, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our commitment

We believe a website should work for every visitor, not just most of them. We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a box we checked once: we keep improving this site as we add pages, fix issues, and learn from the people who use it.

Standards we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. We have not completed a formal audit or certification, and we don't claim that every page fully conforms today — WCAG 2.2 AA is the target we design and build toward.

What we do

When we build and update this site, we work to: use clear, semantic heading structure so pages are easy to scan and navigate with assistive technology; maintain sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds; make links, buttons, and menus reachable and usable with a keyboard; provide text alternatives for meaningful images; use responsive layouts that work on phones, tablets, and desktops, and that hold up when you zoom in; give form fields clear labels; and respect your device's reduced-motion setting where possible.

Known limitations

We know some parts of the site aren't perfect yet. Some decorative animations may not fully respect reduced-motion preferences, and third-party content — such as embedded services and tools provided by other companies — may not be fully accessible and isn't always within our control. We're actively working on these areas. If you run into one of them, please tell us and we'll help you get what you need another way.

Accessibility isn't just something we care about on our own site. When we design and engineer websites, web platforms, and applications for clients, we build with accessibility in mind from the start — structure, contrast, keyboard support, labels, and responsive layouts included — because it's easier and better to launch accessible than to retrofit it later.
